Testing...testing

Hi. I'm back after a few days off. Poor little blog, I've been neglecting you.

Well, I'm be updating again soon. Real life intruded this weekend. Nothing bad, but I just wanted to stay away from the computer for the weekend. I'm also extending my purge of political gossip Web sites. I just can't take the partisan bickering anymore. I can't take the ranting and name-calling, the use of political leaders as proxy Mecha-gladiators (Battletech, anyone?) for someone's polticial beliefs or options. I'm tried of the scare-tactics, the veiled hate-mongering, the incessant spin doctoring, the lack of any real debate.

I need to develop my entries here on my own. I'll still post links and comments, but I want more words from my hands and not someone else's.

Also, I'm thinking about changing the look of the site. It's too bland. I need color. If you knew me, you'd know that's a bold statement.
